Terms and Conditions
Before making your booking, please read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which apply to all retreats and holidays provided by Orange Blossom Travel / Azahar Adventures. To request more information or make a booking, you will be asked to complete a booking form provided via email. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an invoice to secure your reservation. A non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, the full amount is payable immediately. Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure online payment link; for card payments, a surcharge of 3% applies.
All travellers are responsible for arranging their own flights, and you should not book any flights until you have received our official booking confirmation. In case of flight changes or cancellations, airline policies apply. Please ensure your flight times align with your itinerary.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies: more than 90 days before arrival, the non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR is forfeited; between 90 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable; and less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable. In cases of illness, emergencies, or unexpected personal circumstances, travellers should contact their travel insurance provider for possible reimbursement, as comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and any activity-related incidents. Orange Blossom Travel / Azahar Adventures is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages during your retreat.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, political instability, airline strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstance beyond our control, Orange Blossom Travel will make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternative activities. However, delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure cannot be compensated.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide to us during the booking process—such as your name, contact details, passport information, and any necessary health or dietary notes—is used solely for managing and completing your booking and for retreat-related communication. In accordance with standard Spanish regulations for tourism companies, invoices and payments must be recorded and stored for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Your information will never be sold, shared, or used for marketing without your explicit consent. It may be shared only with trusted third parties when strictly necessary to deliver your retreat experience, such as accommodation providers, activity partners, or insurance verification, and always in accordance with Spanish data protection rules (RGPD/GDPR). By providing your information, you consent to its use for booking administration, invoicing, legal compliance, and essential operational communication. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, except where information must be retained by law for accounting or regulatory reasons.
