Terms and Conditions

Before making your booking, please carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

To request more information or make a booking, please complete the booking form provided via email.

Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit is 20% of the total booking cost. The final payment is due 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is payable immediately.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or a secure payment link through Wise.

2. Flights

You are responsible for booking your own flights. We strongly advise that you do not book flights until you have received our official booking confirmation.

In the event of flight cancellations or changes, airline policies will apply. Please check the flight schedule carefully to ensure your departure time aligns with your itinerary. For horse riding holidays, checkout is between 13:00-14:00, so please book an evening flight.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your trip, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure → Loss of deposit only (20%).

  • Between 30 and 20 days before departure  50% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable.

  • Less than 20 days before departure → 100% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend checking with your travel insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive personal travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers. This should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and activity-related incidents.

Azahar Adventures is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your holiday. Please ensure your insurance policy provides adequate coverage.

5. Force Majeure

Orange Blossom Travel is not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect planned activities. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Political instability

  • Airline strikes

  • Natural disasters

  • Other force majeure events

In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange alternative activities but are unable to offer compensation for disruptions caused by force majeure.
